I might try and go on a fruitarian diet for a few weeks after I see the metabolic geneticist (I dont want it to influence my test results if I get some tests) There is some good points to this for trimethylaminuria diet you're supposed to limit choline which is in a lot of meat and dairy and many ppl with bo go on a low protein diet to control Body Odor . Unfortunately im tired enough already, although its not sustainable in the long term I might try the diet for a few weeks. Just fruits, and seeds can I eat vegetables too and potatoes and avocadoes fruits and veggies with some fat or starch that will keep me fuller longer? does anyone know? ill have to research this further before I start. I mentioned i was going to go dairy free but on day 2 i wanted french fries and even those arent free from dairy in many cases along with the bun on the hamburger even tho i didnt get cheese on it. this fruitarian diet also doesnt entail eating grains which is another possible causes for bo with celiac disease and all that stuff so it might be a really good diet to try for a few weeks for me.
