Re: New to parasite cleansing; do I need it?
Symptoms from a mild
parasite infestation can be very diverse. It can be fatigue, digestive problems, constipation/diarrhea, brain fog, skin problems, depression, anxiety... Candida and
parasites go often hand in hand, and can produce more or less the same symptoms.
The best way to maintain them at bay is through diet and herbs. Pumpkin seeds, raw garlic, turmeric are all great things to take for parasites. Include daily also coconut oil, cayenne, apple cider vinegar.
One of the best things you can do for parasites, candida, and general health is drinking homemade goat milk kefir. Very cheap and easy to make, and so beneficial. Water kefir is good also.
Raw vegetable juices are great too. Carrot juice has proven antiparasitic properties.
Once you feel 100% healthy, you can stop the cleanses, but I would stay on the milk kefir as a minimum. Your friendly flora is your first line of defense against
parasites and you want to take care of it daily.
Maintenance cleanses are always good to do.
I've used SCRAM recently, and it did absolutly nothing to me. I've had some dramatic results with raw garlic, turmeric, coconut oil, milk kefir... It could be that my
parasites formed a resistance against the herbs in SCRAM though, because I've used some of them in the past with success.
