Re: Is this normal... extreme water fasting weakness?

By one meal per day I meant the evening meal, which is probably best eaten as the main meal. Lunchtime (which is when I feel hungry first) I have a variety of fruits.

The main meal I adhere to is mostly a large varied salad with a protein OR a starch food.
Winter months I would have lightly steamed vegetables (wide variety) with a protein OR a starch.

The vital thing is to eat only when hungry and there is a demand for food.
Eating in the above way will provide most all the nutrients you need, but just to make sure (because of nutrient-depleted crops from nutrient-depleted soils) I also take some Superfoods daily: chlorella, spirulina in the powdered form and drink as a juice.
I also take the most dense and most nutritious superfood on the planet every other day: Marine Phytoplankton.

Hope that helps.
