Is this normal... extreme water fasting weakness?

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I quit my Water Fast on only day 3 because I was very, very uncomfortable. I was shaking and about to throw up, my body also felt as though it was beating. I have recently done a 3 day Water Fast before that, and then a 5 day water fast. Each time I have wanted to go for at least a couple of weeks. But each time, I have been exhausted from the first day. I get very dizzy, nauseous, can barely sleep (which is probably the worst part of it) and I can barely walk from one side of my house to the other. Of course, I was expecting weakness. But from all the accounts I've read, people seem to say that they have good days and bad days, and can even go to work. I could not work in that state. I don't get hungry at all, from the first day I'm not hungry (only psychologically want food).
I know that I have only gone for 5 days at the most, but still, every one of those 5 days were nauseating misery haha. So I was wondering if this is normal, or maybe I shouldn't water fast? I REALLY want to though (for health and spiritual reasons), I was thinking of starting up again tomorrow because I've only been eating (healthy) fatty foods since breaking my 3 day fast in order to stay in ketosis (I could be wrong about that though.)

Sorry that this is so long, but any advice is greatly appreciated. As a little background, I am young, average weight, with no serious illnesses, however I do have candida and constantly get tired very easily (maybe as a result of the candida). I also have issues with my digestive system.

Thank you!!
