Thanks kim elizabeth. I have never heard of the McCombs plan. I suffer from a yeast infection that comes and goes so i know for sure that i'm dealing with yeast.
I too have herxed really badly from saurkrat. In fact, it took me about a full month and a half for me to clear from such a harsh reaction to it.
