Re: Die off or inflammation? Kefir tales

I would try taking the ACV off for several days and see. And do let us know how is it going after.

Although a good supplement ACV could be to strong for the mucosa of an inflamed gut AND also for those with taxed adrenals (like many candida sufferers are). It contains HUGE amount of potassium which is ok for normal people but not ok for AF sufferers. Try without it for several days and see if any improvements in sleep and mood.

Just try some baking soda in water small amounts apart from meals to see if it helps and avoid diuretic food or high potassium.

Except the case you have certain type of SIBO in which Probiotics are not recommended - water kefir should be ok small amount in the beginning. I did not try yet water kefir but milk kefir for me is not ok due to lactose intolerance caused by giardia.

Let us know your progress k
And hope you'll be back in shape in several days.
