Any suggestions for my upcoming parasite cleanse?

So I definitely have some parasite issues and NB has helped me eliminate some of them already. But it's quite evident that I need to do an actual cleanse. So my practitioner put me on Medi-herb's Wormwood complex (wormwood, cloves and Black-Walnut ) along with Zymex 2.

I am in four lows right now, although with my calcium coming up I am almost in three lows. But mag, n, k are all very very low. So here's the tough part. I can't raise those numbers until my body gets rid of this infestation, but my numbers are so low that I'm wondering how my body will tolerate the die off. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to make it easier?
