Thanks, SeattleK. I do feel better in many ways. My biggest symptom is really just the fatigue. My digestion is better, my anxiety and Depression are better, the brain fog is better.
I'm kind of a numbers person so I like seeing things on paper. But, you're right, real life improvement is really what matters. BTW, you should have seen my first test! Manganese off the chart...over .2! So that's improved and that's good. I'm planning on starting to address my parasite problem within the next week or so, and I really think that's going to help me, especially with the fatigue. Here's hoping!
