I say significant results because I avoid over inflating as much as possible. Claiming a cure involves producing proof that the problem is completely gone, not just dormant. That involves a lot of expensive testing and I am not going to make a claim that can't be supported in a consistent way.
If you wish to make inflated claims, then go ahead, but from what I hear, that tends to land people somewhere that they would rather not be. What say you about that?
Heck, I do not even claim that my skin cancer is cured although I have not had a recurrence in over 5 years. I call that significant results, only a Medical Doctor can claim that it is a cure. If they knew it was a zapper that did it, then the original diagnosis must have been faulty.
Anyhow, the doctor still sends me panicky letters telling me that I need to come back quickly.
