My new years resolution was to do a 7 day distilled water fast once a month. I barely lose any weight or strength at all when I put Iodine and potassium Iodide in the water. It is making me wonder if eating is even necessary at all. If it turns out that we are hurting poor little Iodine's feelings by putting a drop of Lugols in some distilled water and drinking it, then we are heterotroph's indeed. I start dropping weight after about 5 days of nothing but distilled water. It is easier to eat nothing than to eat moderately. Tweet
