A few highlights so far: 

"The Constitution was not written to protect the government from you, it was written to protect you from the government." 

"When your government won't tell you they are not going to do something, they are saying they are going to do that something. If they don't answer our questions that they won't kill Americans who are not in combat, they are saying 'Yes, we will kill American citizens who are not in combat.'"

"When the President says 'I haven't killed any Americans yet, and I don't intend to kill Americans, but we might.' I don't think that is a response we should tolerate."

"This is what we are talking about. Don't think if we give the President eminent power to kill Americans, it's temporary. It's not temporary, it's permanent."

This is about a Resolution that was presented to the President concerning drones killing American citizens on American soil, utilizing a 'kill list' of American citizens that are deemed a threat to the President and sent by the President with no oversight by anyone. They are asking for an answer to these 2 points:

Part I: Killing non combatant citizens
Part II: Giving Congress a full report on the killing of American citizens by drones on US soil.
