I tried living beyond organic's cultured dairy drink Amasai

I started drinking it on friday (8 oz per day). Today is Tuesday. I actually went to sleep last night at 11 pm (that never happens). BUT I have been feeling really spacey and really brain fogged. I mean i had ALOT of dreams, alot of REM sleep.

I woke up at 12:30 pm but wasn't really sleeping consistently as i kept waking up over and over again. I felt soooo tired and when i woke up i felt really out of it. Like i was having a herxhiemer reaction.

I'm wondering if just 2 of these 16 oz drinks has caused me to herx this bad. And from what? Maybe from candida/yeast?

Not sure. I'm not going to take it today or until this feeling goes away and then i'll come back and take it to see if indeed this Amasai drink is what's causing this. Tweet
