I actually employ all that you mention. A little less C (acerola berry, which is purportedly the best) - 15 g/day. ACV, garlic, cayenne, TONS of probiotics/prebiotics, kefir, cultured veggies - you name it. I think mine is here to stay. Inhaled mold. Long story.
