How many billion are you taking? I am having my daughter take 30 billion renew life. Is that equivalent to the jarrowdophilus? I will look into that one.
My plan is to have her keep taking cranMax in the morning, and at night, I have a vitamine shoppe suppelement called Cranberry with D-Mannose. I'm hoping as a preventative this will keep them away. We've always taken D-Mannose at the onset of one, but never as a preventative. I'm hoping this will really help. Yes, unfortunately D-Mannose is so expensive!!!
