Re: Hypoglycemia and the Myth of Eating Frequent Small Meals

Ok
So basically what I'm feeling is not hipo but toxic hunger? Or probably for each person it depends on the health issues he/she has.

I've been dealing with multiple parasitic infections plus candida and some bacteria. adrenal fatigue and hipotyroid constipation clogged liver all that.I'm trying to figure out if I HAVE to eat 5-6 times a day with my problems or not. for AF I think I might.

Until now I've read these guys parasites are making me hungry (which I believe is true). Than that their byproducts disrupt the hormonal balance including adrenals which led to hipoglycemia. Make sense. And now toxic hunger which also make sense.

Hunger is a big problem for me especially at night when they are crawling swirling and moving through my body. If I don't eat would be a nightmare
