Tony,
people who eat frequently usually get into that habit to prevent what they believe to be symptoms of Hypoglycemia, but in reality have been described as "toxic hunger"; this is when people who are suffering from toxemia go without food for only a short time, they experience these symptoms because of toxins being released into the bloodstream. Eating frequently stops the elimination of these toxins, and therefore they feel better as a result.
The only real way round this is to just keep on going without food/nourishment on water only, and the toxic hunger symptoms are abated because of reduced toxemia levels............
