As for the Sea Salt , a good quality salt shouldn't raise your bp. but you could try a little and see how you feel. Many are using the Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Sea Salt .

I take Standard Process calcium lactate powder which also has some magnesium it. 1 tablespoon in apple juice before bed. Definitely helps with sleep.
