I had hypotension when I was in low cortisol stage 3.
The hypotension went away as I got better. I would always dangle my legs over the edge of the bed before getting up.
I also could not bend over without getting dizzy when I stood up.
I too had elevated blood pressure that went away as my cortisol levels got better. I do beleive the body needs
Sea Salt like Dr.Brownstein says in his book "salt your way to heath".
I have done this experiment on my friends that have elevated blood pressure...I take their blood pressure then I give them a 1/2 teaspoon of
Sea Salt in a glass of water then wait 15 min. then take their blood pressure again and watch the blood pressure drop...they are amazed how it works so well.
I use the calcium/magnesium before bed and also some 50mg. 5 htp timed released to relax me to fall asleep
Hope this helps you
