Re: Frothy urine?

First, I agree with the "not too much water" response.

Second, I too had such urine, and you'll find lots of texts on the Internet that this is/may be a sign of (severe) kidney issues.

Well, I saw the nephrologist (those MDs specializing in kidneys) and after testing (24hr) urine and blood the result was "kidneys are in very good condition". Turns out that the foam CAN be a sign of kidney trouble, but it does not HAVE TO BE. Meaning, 100% of people with severe kidney issues have too much protein in the urine (which leads to foam), but only some of those with foam have kidney issues.

So, don't get stressed (from all the kidney-disease warnings you'll find on the Net for this search), but you may want to have some basic urine/blood tests done just to be sure. Very likely there will be no issues with your kidneys, because the problem appeared so suddenly. Kidney disease develops slowly over time.

PS: Oh and by the way, if you've been exposed to heavy metals, especially mercury (e.g. sea food, Amalgam fillings), DO check out the relevant topics - in my case, as in many others THIS was the root of the candida problem.
