Re: Frothy urine?

Yes, I have had this problem. From what I have researched, it seems this is caused by excess protein in the urine. This means the kidneys are being stressed and has been linked to drinking too much water. I have posted about this a while back. I have been a big water drinker for the past 20 years, always following the advice of drinking plenty of water and I realized about a month ago that this can be very harmful to the body (especially the kidneys). In the past month I have drastically reduced the amount of water that I have been drinking and I am very surprised to realize how little water I actually need to drink to keep my body properly hydrated. For the first week or so my lips were a bit dry and sometimes my throat was a little dry but I tried to pay attention to my body and would only drink when I was experiencing actual thirst, which actually took a bit of work because I was just used to drinking all the time regardless of when I was thirsty. There are no studies that I am aware of that show that drinking water improves health in any way, but there are plenty of studies that show that drinking excess water is harmful. People that encourage you to drink plenty of water are doing this based on the notion that the more water you drink, the more toxins your body will remove through the urine, but there is no Science that backs this up. In fact, I believe that drinking water in excess of what your body needs actually prohibits your kidneys of doing the job that they are supposed to do. We would never force-feed ourselves more food over and above what we are hungry for, so why have we been led to believe that we should just drink and drink as much water as we can regardless of our thirst? At any rate, I strongly encourage you and any others reading this to question what you have heard about drinking more water and try to go back to listening to your body's actual thirst. Could also be some connection to candida die-off.
