Candida cleanse at the same time as L-glutamine/colostrum?
I just finished 2 weeks of the Master Cleanse, during which I passed what appeared to be tons of biofilm. So now I'm thinking with this biofilm gone or mostly gone, now is the time to rebuild my intestinal lining and repopulate with good bacteria. But I have some questions and would like input.
I'm getting ready to do a
Liver Flush in the next day or two (once I feel I can tolerate the oil) and then I plan to eat lots of homemade chicken broth from the gut-healing benefits. I also want to take L-glutamine and colostrum, but I want to make sure I've gotten rid of the rest of the candida overgrowth or I don't know if rebuilding the gut will work. I have a 2-week candida cleanse to take (it has all the standard herbal candida killers in it), but I don't know if I can take it at the same time as the L-glutamine and colostrum. Will the die-off and build up counteract each other?
I was thinking of doing the candida cleanse along with the gut rebuilders for 2 weeks and following up with another liver flush. If I need to do 2 weeks of candida cleanse only followed by a couple of weeks of gut rebuilding remedies before I do my next liver flush, I can, but I'd rather not take this long if I don't have to.
Can any of you think of a reason it would be counterproductive to take antifungals at the same time as the gut rebuilders? Also, what about adding in some George's aloe vera here and there to help soothe inflammation?
Thanks for your feedback.
