I've only survived a 5 day Water Fast in the past, and I just completed a 3 day water fast, breaking down while preparing food for the family. I have that responsibility and can't get out of it, as I have little ones; however, they have learned how to pop in their toaster waffles and microwave their macky cheese.
What is the longest you have fasted in the past? I am interested in finding a buddy to go through a 10 day fast with me. I feel I could have survived day 3 if someone else is there to support. Let me know if you are interested - or if anyone else out there is interested in starting, real soon, a 10 day only water fast. Tweet
