Re: anybody take essential oil internally? Dangers?

Hi,
yes, you got the right oils for it - therapeutic grade.

All of the oils you listed are hot oils, and if you read the directions on the bottles, it does say to dilute 1 to 4.

What do you want to take the oils in for, if you don't mind my asking?

Remember that everyone reacts differently to the same thing.
When I try something new, I always try a very small amount.
Generally, it is advisable to try anything on your skin - a tiny amount. As I mentioned, the oils you mentioned are hot. Additionally, all Young Living therapeutic grade essential oils are concentrate, and therefore, only a small amount is usually taken. For example, I use only 1 drop of Peppermint in 1 glass of water.

I have a lot of info on my blog:

Hope it was helpful.
