Re: anybody take essential oil internally? Dangers?
My doctor told me to do oil-pulling using olive oil, cassia, myrrh, and cypress - about 15-20 drops of each to 4 ounces.
I drop 2 - 5 drops of thieves into 16
oz. of water and drink it several times a day - it contains cloves, cinnamon bark, lemon, rosemary, and eucalyptus. Young Living also carries Inner Defense (30 pills for about $25) - they each hold about 21 drops of Thieves blend plus Lemongrass, Thyme, and Oregano - I'm taking 1 of these a day - tried 2 but got sick the 2nd day of this so backed off. They had a sale of buy 2, get 1 free so I stocked up.
I alternate the oils in the diffuser, as well as the ones on my body, and am supporting the process with Candex, Renew Life AbsorbMore Toxins, and JuvaFlex. Lots of skin brushing,
Epsom Salt baths,
coffee enemas and sleeping. I rinse my nasal passages daily with a very mild oregano saline solution, put coconut oil in my ears (and eat it), and am just hanging in there with the process.
I have been very sick with an undiagnosable chronic cough for nearly 7 years - meaning, every Dr. came up with a diagnosis and prescriptions, but none of them helped it. Finally someone who is helping! I have been quite ill this last week, but the gruesome stuff exiting my body makes it worthwhile.
Note: I would not take any oils internally except Young Living due to solvents, etc. There may be others as pure as theirs, but I am not comfortable with taking the word of other businesses - the owner of YL grows his own or tests those he buys and visits their facilities.
