garlic and cayenne

I know this is not an NB post technically, but you guys were talking about parasites and garlic.

I've tried cayenne a few times and it winds up causing some hemorrhoid type bleeding after bowel movement.

As far as I know I don't have hemorrhoids, this only happened when I took cayenne.

This morning I took some raw garlic and had the bleeding again about 8 hours later. I'm not concerned about the bleeding as it is coming from the rectum, and 99% this is some sort of parasite die-off reaction. Maybe pinworms?

I felt really good after the garlic for about an hour, like my muscles got stronger, is it possible parasites can live in muscle tissue?

Anyway, do you have advice. I'd like to kill off the parasites but not be bleeding every day.
