I was taking 2 large 00 caps 3 times per day. I experienced lots of die-off reactions from this. This was about 4800mg of herb per day.

I got the foggy head and fatigue with die-off and often a feeling of dread would come over me. Often with die-off I became very overstimulated and needed to retreat to a quiet place.
