Re: what on the earth causes those ew huge blue veins under eyes

If what ur saying is true,and honestly it sounds too good to b true, then i am extremely grateful that ther is what appears to be hope. im too far from cali but maybe ill find a similar clinic here in canada. what was the doctors title,and what was the procedure called? were there risks?im really cautios cuz im afraid of permanent eye damage.if u could answer me back,id be ver thankful :)
