Nick is being kept artificially alive through input of countless others. He has a fake happy attitude. Wait til the shit hits the fan, wait til society/economy begins its collapse, and the infrastructure keeping him in his pretend happiness is not there any more. Able bodied people will be concerned for their own empty tummies, they'll forget about Nick and other disabled.

The man here with the chronic bad smell is suffering, and acknowledging that it's causing him problems. Nothing wrong with saying this out loud and asking for help.

Don't ridicule people whose problems aren't at the very top of the Terrible list. Those issues are still very real to them. Tweet
