I'm going against the grain a little here but i think the issue of mercury Amalgams is pretty overblown.

My old buteyko coach, who has treated literally thousands of people over the past 20-25 years (very many of these people had AF/CFS) said that he agrees that a person is better off without them, but it's not really that big of a factor. Personally, my health has improved immensely over the past month or so since doing buteyko seriously, and i have a mouth full of mercury fillings (at least 10)

I think people just point to it because obviously it's not great to have a toxic metal in your mouth, but i think for most people it's not an issue. You are just adding stress and expense by going through the hassle of having them out, especially when you're in a weakened state. I don't know much about the procedure but isn't it also supposed to be quite dangerous? in terms of mercury vapour.

Saying that, i know there are people who do have mercury poisoning, but if your hair test doesn't show an issue with it then i don't really see the point.

Edit: Sorry, should also point out that i've been doing a basic version of N.B. for the past 5 months too which has definitely helped.
