This is an old thread but for the sake of those who might read it: It is NOT safe to remove moles through non-surgical means. There's a more than reasonable chance that not all of the mole will be removed. The remaining bit of mole can be invisible to the naked eye. If the mole starts to develop towards a melanoma there will be no warning. If the mole remains, pre-melanomic changes can be observed and the mole cut out properly before it metastasises.
Just to be clear. Removing a mole through non-surgical means could mean a premature death later on. Changes in shape in a mole are an early warning device and that early warning device is not there if you attempt to remove moles with salves, ointments or creams. If a mole is to be removed it needs to be COMPLETELY removed.
By all means attack the skin tags and seborrheic keratoses. If you are not sure what is what, consult your GP first.
