Should I try a third parasite cleanse?

A week ago, I completed my second parasite cleanse. I started with Parazyte for ten days, took a seven day break, and then did Paragone for ten days. I feel as if I still have more to get rid of. My ears are so itchy at night, and this never happened before the parasite cleanses. My nose will also itch at night. Should I do a third cleanse now? Will it help, or do I need to do something else?
