fresh or aged urine for teeth whitening?

Hello!

I've read many times, that urine can be used for teeth whitening. - Ancient Cultures used it for that.

I would like to try it and would like to know whether fresh or aged urine should be used for that purpose. I will just swish it around in my mouth, not swallow it.

As I understand, the ammonia is mainly responsible for the whitening effect. And ammonia is especially contained within aged urine, I believe. -So probably aged urine would be the right thing to use?

Are there any precautions, that I need to consider when using urine for teeth whitening?

Thanks for your help!
