Re: Copper and Manganese
Hi Pixie- I found that the hair test and recommended supplements didn't always make sense to me. The low zinc is an indicator of copper toxicity. With an initial copper level of 2.5 you may very well be copper toxic.
I would suggest you just take the recommended supplements and try not to add anything by yourself. The program is designed specifically for your biochemical situation at this time.
You will feel worse once you get going with the zinc and other minerals because these will start pushing out copper, old drug residues, chlorine, flouride, mercury and all kinds of toxins. It can take several months to get all of this out of your system. Once your body is finished detoxing it will then focus on repair and rebuilding later on.
I never had the copper toxicity like some others so hopefully they will chime in about their experience.
Try and use the detox tools like coffee enemas, sauna, drinking extra water to keep things moving out of your sysytem.
Just do what you can and try and rest as much as possible.
