apparently my back pains, shoulder pains and the pains just below my right rib (which is the reason why I searched for a good chiro) was a gall bladder attack.. what? a gall bladder attack after improvements in diet and also parasite cleansing/liver flushing and fasting?

MOST ADULTS HAVE CLOGGED GALLBLADDERS AND THAT GOES DOUBLE FOR WOMEN WHO HAVE HAD CHILDREN AND ANYONE NOT PERFECT IN WEIGHT. yes, I did. but I didnt go to the doctor (even if its covered by company benefits).. and even I was tempted to go due to the pain..

I decided to go for a liver flush and a series of sitz bath for 3 days (2x a day for 3 days)...
GOOD

all pains gone after the liver flush and it also induced my menstruation (which was delayed for 2 months)..
