my third liver flush

apparently my back pains, shoulder pains and the pains just below my right rib (which is the reason why I searched for a good chiro) was a gall bladder attack.. what? a gall bladder attack after improvements in diet and also parasite cleansing/liver flushing and fasting?

yes, I did. but I didnt go to the doctor (even if its covered by company benefits).. and even I was tempted to go due to the pain..

I decided to go for a liver flush and a series of sitz bath for 3 days (2x a day for 3 days)...

all pains gone after the liver flush and it also induced my menstruation (which was delayed for 2 months)..

I am going to do another liver flush this weekend (as I still feel some "movements" in my liver/gb area...

oh by the way, I gave myself another pat on the back for not going medical and overcoming this attack on my own (not even getting help from TCM doctor-- I usually go for accupuncture if having gall bladder attacks)...

i trully feel that I am on the road to health, and am not going to stop.. am doing this not only for myself but also for my daughter.. I would like her to learn from me...
