Re: afib medical insanity

You can try nattokinase for blood thinning. There are many people who believe in it, including myself. I took it for a few days to see if it lowered my blood pressure but i accidentally cut myself shaving and the bleeding took a long time to stop, so i know it works.

There are many natural blood thinners like nattokinase, fish oil, garlic, ginger, vitamin E, etc, but unfortunately INR values are only good if you take warfarin, it does not show correct results if your blood has been thinned down with anything other than warfarin.

With natural thinners you must do some guess work and keep in mind that dosage varies from batch to batch even if you buy the same brand.
