soup recipe!

Ok I am doing this fast/clease again. I don't have any oranges, so I'm just going to drink some green tea with raw honey until lunch time, when I can get to the store. I crave oranges, and every day when I read your posts I'm so inspired! Oranges, here I come! Time to start this fast again.

Please share the broccoli soup recipe! I make raw "Energy Soup" based on a recipe by Anne Wigmore, which is absolutely delicious, creamy, and very satisfying. It takes less than a minute to make, and everyone loves it. You can gently warm it on the stove until it's just ever so slightly warm (like, left out in the sun) for people who like the comfort of warm soup.

Energy Soup (aptly named)

In a blender, put

an avocado
some dulse (shredded seaweed, it's delicious) or sea salt if you have no dulse
some spinach or kale or your greens of choice
some filtered or distilled water (room temp)
cayenne or black pepper if you like it

Just blend and eat. That's a serving for one or two. Experiment with greens by adding more or less. Anne Wigmore used only foraged wild greens with her avocado. I don't currently have this luxury, but maybe this summer! I need to educate myself a little more about foraging, something I've always been interested in.
