Still feeling great.
The wonders of fasting cease to amaze me.
I am now entering unknown territory,lol. I have never fasted this long before, and I am sure breaking records in my own book.
So to everyone out there who doesn't think they can do it, if I can do it, anyone can.
All it takes is a strong desire to do so, and the will to do it.
Made a new recipe today out of one of my new raw food books. It was broccoli soup, and they really seemed to enjoy it. I took a couple tastes while making it and it was nummy. I can't wait to try a bowl of it when done fasting. I also made them a fruit salad with organic kiwi, pear, and orange. They just scarfed that up too. The only thing they didn't like about the soup was the garlic. I only used one clove like the recipe called for, but that is too much for my women. I will omit it next time. The funny thing is that my youngest doesn't like broccoli and yet she ate the soup without ever knowing it had broccoli in it. I just said I had made them raw soup and to eat it please,lol. The mind is a funny thing.
Juiced and drank my oranges. Took my olive leaf capsules and oil of oregano in water. Had some spice 4 life drink as well. Drank a couple glasses of acv and agave nectar in water. They sure taste good and my skin is getting smoother. Made up my double batch of no crash ball and sucked on that while I was weeding. That stuff tastes good, yet I can't really isolate what the flavor is, so I can't tell ya all. Lets just say my body really sucks it up.
Worked outside most of the day except for some laundry. Another sunny day, yeah baby. I love the sun. I actually did my pranayamic breathing while laying out under the bright, gorgeous sun today, what a blessing that was, and it felt wonderful. I will now make that a daily thing, except I will start doing it in the nude tomorrow. Won't the wife be surprised when she comes home for lunchtime and sees a naked M.O.G. in the backyard. I might get abused,lol. One can only hope,lol.
Did some stretching, push ups, an hour of swiss ball exercises, 100 bodyweight squats, 1000 punches, 5000 jumps on the trampoline and some more stretching. I love a good sweat, and I can hear you agreeing with me Mr. Zach, cause I know your the crazy workout guy as well.
