I am now doing organic yogurt. I needed to get a break from eggs alittle.
I will eat yogurt in the am. Then around 11 am I will eat lucnh. I uselly have chicken soup (bone broth) with lots of veggies. I will make it one way one day and then add more veggies a different way as I use up the pot of soup.
Weekends I usually do a raw salad w/Wild Caught sockeye salmon from ALsaka now. When I first started NB, I needed to eat only cooked veggies. I was so exhausted. Need to save the energy I have to heal.
Dinner is usally chiken, grass fed beef or fish. Cooked veggies.
