Any chance that you might have gotten salmonella or other bacterial upset from the eggs.

I raise my own chickens and lately noticed a couple of bad eggs. I always crack them open into a clear glass bowl and inspect before cooking. Even then, one egg had a contaminated yolk although the white was clear of any indication whatsoever.
