Hi,

I do not know if you call my condition more related to inflammation or allergy. I do have inflammation in my intestines- most likely from gluten due to my celiac disease. But this could also be considered an allergy to wheat and gluten. I bet this is the cause of my EC. Allergies cause more sebaceous glands, too. Hopefully, I can totally beat this once the inflammation goes down in intestines with anti-inflammatory diet.

You can take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with each meal to promote more stomach acid for digestion.

I read that honey can be drying to the skin. Maybe it helps with the raw areas.
