I was never officially diagnosed before this happened, but I had social & generalized anxiety issues. I was worrying about alot of things in my life at the time. I noticed I was feeling more fatigued when trying to workout, didn't know what it was and ignored it until finally I crashed. In retro spec I think my body was trying to warn me I was under too much stress and about to break. Eventually I did go to the doctor after all this and they didn't find anything physically wrong and blamed it on my anxiety.
