Honestly, you are the ONLY black seed "aficionado" who advises to HEAT the seed! Because I take this stuff daily, I've done extensive research and spoken to the companies we purchase from and purchased from in the past, and NO ONE, not Sweet Sunnah, not Amazing Herbs, not Black Seed Herbal Essence, and NOT Sahabi Sweets suggests heating the seeds. They all say heating kills the curative benefits, which is why the oil is COLD PRESSED! I actually consume them unheated every day, whole or crushed in my drinks and yogurts and have NEVER suffered indigestion or tummy troubles! But you seem very petulant to any opinion that opposes yours. Mustn't forget you're the greatest living black seed expert, right? LOLOLOL : )

The dosage for the oil is actually on the bottle of organic black seed oil they sell, as are recommended dosages on the whole seed bottle they sell! AS with EVERY black seed seller on and offline they recommend usages for the product!!! Again, there are so many sites and BLOGS that have differing suggested dosages and preparations, some say take on empty stomach, some suggest with meals, some say once, some say take twice a day, but I and YOU know the dosage differs with the ailment you're trying to treat, so RESEARCH and due diligence is imperative before usage. I got my info about candida and cancer from reputable natural med sites, greenmed and naturalnews! And I've personally experienced the benefits of RAW HONEY and BlACK SEED!

We know their products are from Egypt, because we called customer service and asked!!! And we know the dosage because it's on their bottles! But you wouldn't know that because you've NEVER purchased their products! I keep forgetting, you're the be all and end all of black seed. lol. Please! I did not come to this site as an expert, only as a consumer, but you seem very peeved that I'm promoting a site that we've been more than satisfied with. I don't claim to be an expert on black seed, just a VERY satisfied customer!
