I know its really hard, but you should consider telling someone what happened..
You can't keep that stuff inside of you, It'll kill you inside out.
There was a quote that went something like " telling a secret is painful, but keeping it to your self is more painful" ( something like that) It's completing true though!
You're already taking a step to recovery by reaching out on here.. It may be small, but its a start.
Please consider telling someone, anyone who could possibly help, even if its just someone who'll listen and be a shoulder to cry on.
