related symptoms to the Afib

Aside from my chronic non stop a fib I have other conditions as well. All of these conditions are related and all these are a part and not a separate condition from the a fib. I never knew this until lately. Conditions are as follows:

vertical fingernail ridges
heavy mucous from the stomach after eating
chronic constipation
itchy red occasional rash on the right hand
toe nail fungus
heavy sinus mucous in the AM when showering
heavy sinus draining when defecating
diarreha alternating with constipation
stools are anything but well formed and regular and showing signs of parasites and fungus
suspect leaky gut
tinnitus
weakened and exhausted adrenals from thirty years in a pressure cooker job.
These conditions cause Afib, others may have Afib for a different reason but mine is from this source. The colon is connected to the heart by a nerve called the vagus nerve and that nerve I suspect is suffering from inflammation. The solution is to reduce or eliminaqte that inflammation and I am doing so with bentonite,juicing, alakalizing,raw fresh aloe vera,and diet. Other things that may or may not help may be
HCL,and enzymes. I am on the right track and have no idea when I will succeed in overcoming this problem. I realize it takes time, and the one thing that seems to be slowly improving me is the bentonite. I may be missing other remedies but these are the ones I am on for now. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome.
