parasite die off or something else

i went on an trip to israel about 2 months ago and havent been the same since. i started getting a lot of stomach pains over there and went to the hospital twice. i was told it was jet lag the 1st time and the 2nd time they said it was gastritis.

when i came back to the usa, i started to feel like i had the flu and went to the hospital again. they said it was anxiety and let me go. i went back again after throwing up 6 times and they gave me some stuff to calm my stomach and nothing else.

i went to the hospital again since i still felt like i had the flu and they did blood work for the 3rd time and still nothing. i went to a doctor and he gave me antibiotics for an ear infecton that i had and realistically i didnt feel a difference. i went back again and told him how screwed up i still was and he just gave me sleeping medicine.

i went to a naturopath instead since the doctor was doing nothing and based on what he saw on my tougne (it was purple and glossy when he saw it) he thinks i have a parasite. i been taking this detox for about a month now, just about done and taking warmwood for 3 weeks (started with 2200 mg a day, now taking 6600 per day) and still feel terrible. I feel very run down, depressed, out of touch with reality, still feeling stomach pains, not feeling full when i eat, not really motivated to do anything, sensative to food, not caring about my life, feel like i  cant trust anyone, paranoid, lots of negative feelings, cant think straight, feel like nothing is normal, chest pains (from time to time), feeling like im in constant pain and depression basically.

my doctor wants to see me again this week. he says im starting to improve and in some areas i have (as in i couldnt sleep right for 2-3 weeks, now i can sleep 5-6 hours until i wake up with awful dry mouth) and i been going outside a little bit more, but i still feel very abnormal. im just not sure if i should go to a gastro or not at this point or what to do since i cant tell if this is die off, the wormwood, if its not even getting better or not, im just so confused and scared. i feel like im never going to get better and that im going to be like this forever.

some insight would help. i dont want to be sick forever. im only 22, about to be 23 this month. im about to graduate college and can barely make it to class every day since i ride a bike and i been too tired and unmotivated to go anywhere. i really want to get my life back as how it was before i went to israel but i feel like things are so impossible at this point. my body is so stressed out to where i have no idea how to cope and some advice would be great.
