I am not a Candida sufferer, so I don't know... but from what I read Candida really starts in the colon where the "gut flora" is the first line of defence.

From there, it crosses the bowel wall and moves into the bloodstream and THEN it can get into the liver?

Once you have it you have to clean the liver but you will keep getting it over and over unless your colon has the good bacteria. Probiotics might help, and of course yogurt, saurkraut, femented soy [never eat soy that is NOT fermented, by the way!] and avoiding carbs and sugars and especially Antibiotics {"probiotics Vs Antibiotics "}
