thanks so much for the info. LOL I am 38 so pretty close too 40. I wish too I knew what I know 20 years ago. My life would have been quite different. I just got Cutler's book in the mail today. I have also decide to have a hair analysis done. Waiting on test kit. When you say Hg are you referring to mercury? Also I found this link:
