Blood Work Results - Need advice

Hi,

it is me again. lol

I was going through old lab work

I had a blood test done in 2006

Results:

Mercury <4 Ref: <=10
Lead <2 Ref: 0-25 mcg
Arsenic <3 Ref: <=60

I have had all of my mercury fillings removed too. I had two of them. Should I still do a hair analysis? Do I need to chelate?

I have candida, hormone imbalances and fibro.
