I get the impression that when I killed the very big one it set off a migration up the windpipe of a ball of Ascaris which then sparked a larvae migration as one got lots out its usual route.... That's what can happen to the larvae (lose its way) as well as the worm itself who might try and exit through the gall bladder duct I believe... If you have stabbing pains around there it could be a mature worm trying to exit into there... however from what I have read often they leave spontaneously and move on - some gets stuck in there and die and create stones I suspect.
I'm taking vitamin A and Zinc as these two are really important to avoid reinfestation so I just take them anyway to build myself up. Have a strong immune reponse is important i'm sure.
